Refund and Returns Policy

  • The Diamond Reserve offers exchanges or store credit within 7 days of delivery of purchase. We do not offer refunds.
  • Approval is required for all exchanges and returns. Approved exchanges will only apply to items purchased on thediamondreserve.com or in our showroom. Shipping charges will not be refunded, unless we have sent an item in error.
  • All bridal, customized and personalized pieces, or products otherwise marked are considered FINAL SALE ITEMS
  • All rings ordered through our website are considered special orders due to the variations in size. A 15% restocking fee applies if an exchange is requested or if you request to cancel a ring that is already in production.
  • Any products returned with clear signs of wear, resizing, or damage in any way is not acceptable and will be sent back at the customer’s expense.
  • All products are required to be returned unaltered and in brand new, unworn condition.
  • The Diamond Reserve retains the right to refuse an exchange/repair of any purchase made that does not meet the aforementioned requirements.
  • Any order sent back to The Diamond Reserve without approval is subject to additional fees and the order may be returned at the customer’s expense.
